With regard to below project, Samsung C&T is pleased to invite your company to submit your best quotation for the Sheet Pile
which we require to be sent to the undersigned not later than 2nd Jun 2025

Please be aware that your quotation/proposal will be evaluated only if it is technically completed and in full compliance with the
attached requirements. Additionally, you may propose any possible alternative solution / products as long as they are in full
compliance with the technical specifications attached herewith, in order to achieve the possible cost reduction for your scope of
work without any impact to the BOQ.

You, the Subcontractor/Supplier shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of your quotation/proposal
and Samsung C&T, the Main-contractor shall not be responsible or liable for those costs.

B GENERAL
1 General
- Provision of required staff, labors, materials, machineries/plants/equipments (including operators, fuels, oils, lubricants, repair and
maintenance for the Subcontractor’s equipment and tools), transportation, tools, instruments, temporary works and materials to O
complete the Subcontract works except if otherwise stated in the other scope of works
- Provision of a qualified and competent manager, engineer and supervisor to be stationed full time on site to supervise

4. MAJOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Both parties shall make every effort to maintain secrecy in such documentation and information.
