(REACT) UNDER KARMAYOGI BHARAT, NEW DELHI

Karmayogi Bharat is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) set-up under Section 8 of the Companies Act,
2013 by Department of Personnel and Training as a 100% Government owned not-for-profit
Company under National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – “Mission
Karmayogi”.

The Company will be responsible for owning, managing, maintaining and improving the
digital assets, i.e., iGOT-Karmayogi (Integrated Government Online Training) the digital/e-learning
platform, including the IPR of all software, content, process etc. on behalf of Government with an
annual subscription-based revenue model. iGOT Karmayogi is a comprehensive online platform that
has resources for online, face-to-face and blended learning. The platform will be a one stop shop for
all capacity development needs of the India’s civil services, providing them with resources for
continuous-anytime-anyplace learning, a guided path for life-long learning with access to a vast
repository of learning content, and insights on individual learning needs and outcomes.

The SPV is also implementing e-HRMS 2.0 which aims to provide an integrated platform for
managing employee profiles, deputation, salary slips, vigilance, e-sign, VRS, Notifications,
implementation of Chat Bot with the help of Generative AI (Gen AI) and many more services. The
upgraded system intends to automate the entire HR process, improve efficiency and reduce errors.
The project is guided by the DoPT, aims to enhance the Human Resources Management system for
Government Employees.

SPV Karmayogi Bharat invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the following

JOB PURPOSE A React Developer will be responsible for conceptualizing and
implementing design solutions that meet and exceed our clients'
expectations. He/she will collaborate with the marketing and
development teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites
that effectively communicate our brand's message and enhance user
experience.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY 1. User Interface (UI) Design
● Design and create user-centric and responsive UI elements for
the eHRMS 2.0 platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive
user experience.
● Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize
and communicate design concepts effectively.

2. Front-End Development
● Translate design concepts into React HTML/CSS/JavaScript
code, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and
devices.
● Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI
components into the eHRMS 2.0 platform.

3. Visual Design and Branding


● Maintain consistency in visual elements, including
typography, colour schemes, and iconography, aligned with
the organisation's brand guidelines.
● Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and illustrations to
enhance the overall aesthetics of the eHRMS 2.0.

4. Usability Testing and Optimization


● Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and
optimise the user interface for improved user engagement and
efficiency.
● Identify and address usability issues through iterative design
improvements.

5. Collaboration and Communication


● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX
designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment
with project goals and requirements.
● Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
EXPERIENCE ● 2-4 Years of experience in UI web design and front-end
REQUIREMENTS development, preferably in HR domain or system design.
● Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Redux and
relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,
Figma).
● Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and front-
end development work.
● Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
best practices.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a
team environment.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
