Inviting comments/suggestions/objections on Draft Delhi Electricity


Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards)
(Seventh Amendment) Regulations, 2025

Pursuant to the directions received from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi under Section
108 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, in
exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 87 of the Delhi Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Regulations,
2017 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby proposes to amend
the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Supply Code and Performance
Standards) Regulations, 2017.

The said Draft Regulations are available on the website of the Commission i.e.
www.derc.gov.in.

Stakeholders are requested to forward their suggestions/comments/objections on


the Draft DERC (Supply Code and Performance Standards) (Seventh Amendment)
Regulations, 2025 to the Commission, within 15 days from the date of publication
of this Notice. The comments/suggestions/objections may be forwarded to
Secretary, DERC either by post on the address given above or through email to
[email protected].
