Orphanage Management System using PHP and MySQL
Orphanage Management System is a web based technology which manages orphan
Childs and adoption request database and provides rights to update the their details. In
this web application user must be registered. This web application provides a way to
effectively control record & track the adoption request details and child details.
Orphanage Management System Project

authority. In the current system all the activities are done manually. It is very time
consuming and costly. Our Orphanage Management System in PHP deals with the
various activities related to the orphanage group.

Project Modules
In this project, we use PHP and MySQL database and it has two modules i.e. Admin and
Users.
Admin
This module provides administrator-related functionalities. The administrator manages
the entire application.
1. Dashboard: In this section, admin can view total orphan child’s, total
users(foster), total news, total new adoption request, total accepted adoption
request and total rejected adoption request.
2. Child: In this section, admin can manage child’s (Add/Delete/Update).
3. Manage Users (Foster): In this section, admin can manage users (Update).
4. Adoption Request: In this section, admin can view the adoption request that is
sent by users (foster) and they have right to accept and reject that request.
5. News: In this section, admin can add and delete news details which are
added by the administrator.
6. Reports: In this section, the admin can generate between date and search
report.
7. Website Setting: In this section, admin can handle website details.
Admin can also update his/her change the password.
Users (Foster)
This module provides users(foster)- related functionalities. In this users must be
registered.
1. Home: This is the welcome page for any users(fosters).
2. About: In this section, users can view the About Us details of website.
3. Our Children’s: In this section, users can view the children’s details of the
orphanage.
4. My Accounts: In this section, users can his/her password, view and update
his/her profile, view request history and log out from their accounts.
5. Contact: In this section, users can view contact details.
Scholarship Management System using PHP and MySQL
Scholarship Management System is a web based applications which manage various
types of scholarship. The proposed system has been designed to replace the existing
manual system and is user friendly. This will reduce the human effort and human errors.

In Scholarship Management Project we use PHP and MySQL database. This is the
project which keeps records of scholarships and students. Scholarship Management
System has two module i.e. admin and users.
Admin Module
Dashboard: In this section admin can briefly view the total number of new scholarship
application, total approved scholarship application, total disbursed scholarship
application and total scheme.
Scheme: In this section, admin can manage the Scheme (add/update/delete).
Application: In this section, admin can view the scholarship application which is sent
by students and also have right to change the status of applications.
Scholarship Bank Details: In this section, admin can view bank details of eligible
students and disbursed the scholarship amounts.
Disbursed Scholarship: In this section, admin can view disbursed details of
scholarships.
Report: In this section, admin can view scholarship application and disbursed
scholarship details in particular periods.
Search Scholarship: In this section, admin can search scholarship application with the
help of application number.
Profile: In this section admin can update his/her profile.
Change Password: In this section admin can change his/her own passwords
Logout: Through this button admin can logout.
Forgot Password: In this section, admin can reset his/her password by using registered
email id and contact number.
Users Module
Dashboard: In this section, user can briefly view total number of approved scholarship
application, total disbursed scholarship application and total scheme.
View Scheme: In this section, user can view the Scheme which is added by
administrator.
Application History: In this section, admin can view the scholarship application hsitory
which is applied by them.
Profile: In this section user can update his/her profile.
Change Password: In this section user can change his/her own passwords
Logout: Through this button user can logout.
Forgot Password: In this section, user can reset his/her password by using registered
email id and contact number.
Leave Management System using PHP and MySQL (CURRENTLY

o Submit new leave applications by selecting leave type, dates, and reason.
o Automatic calculation of working days.
3. My Leave Requests:
o View history of leave applications.
o Filter by status and leave type.
o View details, edit, or cancel pending requests.
4. Edit / Cancel Leave Request:
o Edit or cancel pending leave requests before they are processed.
5. Profile:
o View and update own profile information.
o Change password.
o View recent activities.
6. Logout:
o Securely log out of the user panel.

Food Recipe System Using PHP and MySQL
‘Food Recipe System Project’ is a web-based technology that will share online cooking
experiences and cooking recipes to others. This system can be beneficial for a
restaurant or to the chefs who teach cooking as they can spread their recipe to others.
The user can also post their recipe on the website. As the Food Recipe Management
System will be based on the internet, the user can learn and view the recipe from any

Dashboard: In this sections, user can briefly view the total listed recipe, Total Listed
Recipes, Total Comments, Approved Comments and Rejected Comments.
Recipe: In this Section, user can add and manage( edit, delete) the recipe .
Comments: In this section, user can view comments which is send by recipe readers.
Search: In this section, user can search a particular recipe by recipe name.
Users can also update their profile, change the password and recover the password.
Unregistered User
Home Page: User can visit the home page.
View Recipe: User can the recipe details which are listed by registered users.
About Us: User sees the details of website .
Contact Us: User can contact with website.
Users can comment on recipes and send the enquiry
Note: In this project MD5 encryption method is used.
