21 All incoming & outgoing feeders have proper MCCB / HRC fuses / Switches.

23 Switchboards have adequate operating space at the front face & at the rear face too.
24 All connections provided through 30mA ELCB.
25 Daily Testing records of all ELCBs available at site.(Record Need to maintain)
26 Only industrial type plugs & sockets are used.
Temporary connections are 3-core double insulated & free from cuts & joints and 3rd core is

28 Socket boards are properly mounted on stand & protected from water ingress.
29 All Electrical equipments/ Panels operating above 250V have double earthing.
30 Ensure the resistance value of the earth pit is less than 10 OHMS
31 All incoming / outgoing cables are properly glanded& terminated with lugs
32 Switch-boards are of industrial variety / type.
33 Sketch for installation / connection (SLD) made & pasted& other safety labels/display boards
34 Labeling of incoming / outgoing feeders made.
35 All hand lamps are protected from direct contact.
36 All electrical cable / joints should be with industrial shocket in safe condition
Monthly Inspection & colour code to be done for all electrical machine/tools. (Record need

39 All Earth pit identification and resistance value display on same.
40 Incoming 3 phase panel lamp indication.
