A Day in the Life of Emma

Emma is a nurse. She works at a big hospital in the city. Every day, she wakes
up at 6:00 a.m. and eats a quick breakfast. Then, she takes the bus to work.
At the hospital, Emma helps doctors and takes care of patients. She checks their
temperature, gives them medicine, and talks to their families. Emma loves her job
because she enjoys helping people.

During her lunch break, she usually eats with her coworkers. They talk about their
families, hobbies, and weekend plans.

After work, Emma goes home and cooks dinner. Sometimes she watches a movie or
reads a book. She goes to bed early because she needs to wake up early the next day.
My Daily Routine

I am a teacher, and I love my job. I wake up at 6:30 every morning. I take a shower,
get dressed, and eat breakfast. Then, I leave my house and drive to school.

I usually start my classes at 8:00 a.m. I teach English to teenagers. They are sometimes
noisy, but they are also very smart and funny. I always try to make my classes interesting
and fun.

At lunchtime, I eat in the school cafeteria. I talk to my coworkers and sometimes help
students with their homework.

After work, I go home and relax. I listen to music or watch TV. In the evening, I cook
dinner and prepare my lessons for the next day. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m.
