: category” by the Commission on Election for the May midterm

13 : elections. Out of the 38 listed areas, 32 are in the Bangsamoro

14 : Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. There are two

15 : in Cagayan Valley and Bicol, and one each in Western and

16 :Eastern Visayas. The “red category” refers to the areas

17 : with concerns of serious armed threats. The Philippines

18 : National Police and Armed Forces of the Philippines have said

19 : to add personnel to the said areas especially BARMM.
