Environmental Objective:- To minimize the noise pollution produced by the machines during the processing of product or avoiding the human beings
be affecting by the noise pollution before May-2013
Action Plan :- i) To review the noise pollution levels from out side laboratory with Db meter by MR before 31-05-203
ii) To generate awareness amongst employees to take care about there health and effect of sound pollution on their healtth
and how they can reduce the effect on their health with suitable appliances trainings programmes by MR before June-13.
iii) To increase the lubricantion process or monitoring lubrication process of machines which causes wear and tear and ,
noise of machines by Prodcution Head before June2013
iv) By Creating awareness and practices and effectiveness monitoring for habbit of using the ear safety devices like
cotton etc. by Production Head before June 2013

iii) To take proper actions after reviewel of effective factors like over capacity motors, loose belts etc.

ii) To generate awareness amongst employees to save paper through training programmes by MR before June-2013
iii) To use the used and obsolete documents as rough pad by stationery users and using recycled material, packing
materials if customer agrees before May-2013

Environmental Objective:- To Reduce the water consumption by 5% with respect to existing consumption per month (Average of last 12
Months) Unit Monthly average for the running year 2013-2014.
Action Plan :- i) To review the water consumption per month by Production Head before 31-05-2013
ii) To generate awareness amongst employees to save water through training programmes by Production Head
before May-2013
iii) To take proper actions for running water pipe joints & taps by the expert plumber and using good quality pipes and pipe
fitting by Production Head before June-2013
iv) By Creating awareness and practices and effectiveness monitoring for habbit of shut down the taps if these are not in
use by MR before May-2013
