Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) is pleased to inform you that based upon the available seats and choices filled-up/ submitted by you, the

For admission, You should report at the allotted institute on any day from 23/07/2025 10:00AM to 25/07/2025 5:00PM (excluding Sunday and National Holiday) along w
Semester fee (no tuition fees for TFW admissions) and all certificates/ testimonials in original to prove your eligibility along with photocopies including proof of registration fee de
and latest photograph, failing which allotted seat will be treated as cancelled.
Failing of relevant documents uploaded during the online registration process, for admission may cause cancellation of seat allotted. The candidates himself / herself will solely resp
for cancellation of admission due to non-reporting at allotted institute with relevant documents and fees.
The Haryana allotted candidates are advised to carry your PPP ID during the reporting period at the allotted institute as per the Keydates as mentioned in Prospectus-2024.
If your seat is upgraded in the same institution, then you need not deposit semester fee again.

Note: Due to upgradation, if any, your previous seat stands cancelled.

Note: If your previous allotment has been RETAINED and you are successfully admitted in the above allotted institute earlier (i.e. you possess “Provisional Admission Slip” generated
by institute during previous reporting), then you are neither required to deposit semester fee again nor required to report in the allotted institution again, in case of retained only.

The candidates are advised to keep the scanned copy of following Documents for the confirmation of admission:
1. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, Merit /Rank Card, Proof of deposition of Registration fee, Matric Certificate, Qualifying examination certificate, Character certificate, passp
photograph, Aadhar Card, Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID).
2. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against HOGC category, PPP ID is required (except for the other State candidates who pass out from Haryana).
3. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against SC, SC-D, BCA, BCB, PH and TFW scheme then PPP ID is required during the reporting period.
4. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against Mewat Area Resident, Shivalik Development Board Area, ESM, FF of Haryana etc., certificate of concerned category are require
format specified in prospectus, if applicable.
5. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against EWS category, Attested copy of Income and Asset Certificate (issued by Tehsildar/ Competent Authority of the area where the a
normally resides) is required, as per format specified in prospectus.
6. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against HGST category, duly filled & attested certificate by the Principal of Govt. School from where candidate has topped, is required.
7. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against Kashmiri Migrants (KM) category, a Migration Certificate signed by the competent authority or Relief Commissioner is required.
8. Every candidate must get and preserve the online generated Provisional Admission Slip from the allotted institute for confirmation of their admission.
9. A Gap Year Certificate has to be produced (if applicable).
10. A Medical Fitness Certificate is required as per the format prescribed in the Admission Brochure of respective course.
11. In case of any issue in physical reporting at the institute you may contact at the toll free number (18001373735) of HSTES.
