necessary arrangements in Seminar Hall.

10.40 am Welcome Ritual
Host will take the podium and announce
1- We request Prof. CA Abha ma’am to give a token of
our appreciation to our dynamic guest for the day
2- Mr. Guneet Sharma.
3- Now I would request Prof CA Abha ma’am to present a
small token to Mr.Aayush Khanna.
4- [ Be prepared to insert the welcome of Principal Sir &
Dr. Arun Giri, if they are present.
5- We would now request the event team to give a token of
appreciation to Prof. CA Abha ma’am, our Nodal
Officer for being the motivating spirit behind us.
10.55 am Host to Host to read the brief profile of Mr. Guneet Sharma
and invite him to address the gathering.
Invite/introduce Mr.Aayush Khanna, after a discussion with
the guest.
12 pm Have an open house and invite questions.
12.20 pm Host to thank Mr. Guneet Sharma & Mr.Aayush Khanna
12.25 pm Escort the guests to the committee room for refreshments.
After program concludes
1) Program to conclude between 12.30-12.45 pm.
2) Tea & snacks for the guests in principal room/committee room.
Important
1- One or two students to take charge of gifts for the guests.
2- Teachers attending the seminar will be given some small tokens. Please be ready
to hand over the same.
3- One or two students will distribute a chocolate and a pen to everyone in the
audience.
