Dear Sirs,
RE: YOUR LETTER MBL/2025/AOD – ACCOUNT OPENING DOCUMENTS DISCREPENCIES
We refer to your letter as above and are pleased to provide the information in lieu of the
discrepancies raised by you:
1) Please note that SWM Imports & Exports (PVT Ltd) is not a sister concern of Rights of Special
Persons Welfare Founda�on, but an organiza�on owned by our Finance Secretary Ms. Sana
Qureshi. At present this company does not employ any individual, however, the employees in
ques�on are currently working for the ROSP Welfare Founda�on.
2) It may be noted that Ms. Sana Qureshi owns three companies, �tled as:
- SWM Imports & Exports (SMC-PVT) Limited
- SWM Consul�ng (SMC-PVT) Limited
- SWM Ins�tute of Professional Educa�on (SMC-PVT) Limited
Please note all these companies are at present non-operational. The registration
documents and latest FBR Tax assessments are attached for your record.
3) Please note that the en�ty “Your Problems Solu�ons LLC” in Aus�n, Texas, USA is a company
owned by Wajid Hussain (the undersigned) and was registered on 10/09/2024. This company is
also currently non-opera�onal and awai�ng comple�on of formali�es in the United States. The
relevant company documenta�on from the US Office of the Secretary of State in Aus�n, Texas is
atached for your record.
4) Form W8-BEN-E: It appears that this form is inapplicable for the reason that, if an organiza�on is
US En�ty or the Individual is a foreign na�onal, this form is not to be used.
5) Form W9/W8-BEN: all filed forms are atached for your record.
6) It may be noted that there is no Formal Registra�on granted by the Economic Affairs
Department, Government of Pakistan, however, the NGOS who desire obtaining funding from
outside of Pakistan, require clearance/MOU from the Economic Affairs Department, under EAD
Policy 2022.
Kindly note that pursuant to the order of the Lahore High Court in September 2024, the same
has been declared as UNLAWFL, INVALID and OF NO LEGAL EFFECT, hence no such MOU is being
issued or entertained for any NGO in Pakistan, presently. A copy of the order of the Lahore High
Court is atached for your records.
Addi�onally, The Economic Affairs Department, Government of Pakistan, is no longer
entertaining any applica�on by the NGos in regards to foreign funding; however, in our case this
does not apply, as at present we are not being funded from outside Pakistan.
7) We hope to organize biometric verifica�on as desired by NBP as and when convenient to your
branch.
We hope that the information contained within this letter will suffice, nevertheless, you have
our full cooperation should you require any further clarification.
