CRIME

Topic 1: Some pp think that lawbreakers should be sent to prison, however

others think that better talents among those should be made to work. Discuss
both views and give your opinion

As the society is advancing by leaps and bounds, individuals attach great

importance to dealing with criminals in society. Under this circumstance, an
absolute consensus is hardly reached as to whether talented criminals should
contribute to society through work or not. i will discuss both of these views
and provide my personal perspective

First and foremost, some individuals commit a crime because of their situation
such as job losses or a lack of support systems. Thus, they still have the
capability to contribute positively to society through work due to their useful
skills instead of being condemned to jail. In addition, sending talented
individuals who commit a crime to jail might waste their talent, it is better to
make them use their strength for society. For example, offenders who violated
a cybersecurity reaches to collect and sell data, if they have good IT skills
they should have an advanced vocational training and be assigned to work in
cybersecurity to help people interfere future cybercrimes. Furthermore,
talented offenders could participate in social programs and share their
experience in specialized fields for the public.

Last but not least, not all criminals deserve a chance to contribute to society
after violating the law such as illegal firearms or gang-related violence. The
first reason is they are dangerous criminals engaging in violent actions which
affect to the social security. The second reason is custody punishment is the
most effective way to isolate them from society and deter their behavior.
However, there are many cases which offenders with severe extended
imprisonment might feel frustrated due to their situation and prone to
relapsing habitually after being released from prison. In conclusion, based on
the gravity of criminal activities in order to ensure offenders receive fairly
punishment.

From my perspective, the productive solution is enhancing our comprehend

and the public neither of the serious when committing crimes prevent and
lower future lawbreakers .
