1 – Introduction.
Now, this guide is about how to get free RuneScape
membership by using the PayByPhone option. It is completely
free, except the additional taxes.
You may wonder, why am I selling this guide? Well, the
method you are about to learn is not known by many, thus
very effective. I have never seen anyone doing this before,
even though it is very simple, and it is not complicated at all.
In fact, you will possibly be thinking: ”Oh my god it’s so easy,
why didn’t I come up with that?!” when you’ve finished
reading this little guide. Because it really is that simple, I
actually find out about it by accident.
So let us get to it! Keep in mind this is not a very long guide,
but it is detailed enough for you to understand how to do it.
2 – Requirements.
Okay now all you need to do before getting started, is
making sure you have all the requirements. Don’t
worry, there aren’t really any big requirements, and
probably all of you already have everything ready
already.
Mobile phone – you must have a mobile phone for this
method, it will NOT work with a regular phone which you
have at home. (Big bonus if your SIM card is bought in
another country!)
A notepad/paper/pencil – This is required, as you have to
have something to write down the pins on. If you do it while
you are on your computer, you can just use Notepad.
A decent amount of mobile credit – It’s recommended to
have a decent amount of credit on your mobile. The more
you have, the more you earn. If you only want to supply
yourself with a membership pin, it is not required to have
more than around 0.20$, depending on where you are.
Concentration – It’s

3.0 – What number to dial?
Okay, now you will have to know what number you are going
to call. So I will give you a very detailed description on how to
get it.
IF YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT NUMBER TO DIAL, YOU CAN SKIP
THIS SECTION!!
First, you should ofcourse go to the RuneScape homepage.
Go to ”Account” and then ”Start/Extend Subscription”.
Login and you will be redirected to a site similar to this:
Now you will have to select your country, so you will know
what phone number you have to dial.
Click ”select your country”, and you will see this:
Select your country from the dropdown list and click
”Continue”.
You will now be redirected to the page you were before you
selected a country, and you will now see the different
payment methods.
Choose ”PayByPhone” – NOT PayBySMS – and you will see
the number you will have to dial.
I recommend adding the number to your contacts, or just
write it down.
3.1 – How To.
First, make sure you have all the requirements ready.
If your SIM Card is purchased in another country, all you will
have to do is dialling the number for the country where ever
you bought the SIM from.
For example, I am from Norway, so if I had a SIM Card that
was purchased in Sweden, I would just dial the PayByPhone
number for Sweden.
I would really recommend buying a SIM Card. You may have
to invest a few dollars, but it will be worth it. SIM Cards can
be bought online for a price between 10 – 80$.
Buy a SIM Card online
You can also try googling and find other sites where you can
buy one.
If you don’t have a SIM that is bought within another country,
you will have to cross the borders to your neighbour country.
If you live in the US, you could og to Canada, but it will NOT
work if you just go to another State. It has to be another
country.
That is the hardest and trickiest part of it, and I am sorry that
you have to do that, as it may be complicated, but it sure is
worth it.
(If you REALLY don’t want to go to another country, just
simply order an international SIM Card online)
Now this is what you have to do:
Step 1: Get something to write on and with.
Step 2: Use your mobile phone (International SIM or in
another country) to dial the number.
Step 3: Now wait until the operator puts you over to Surfpin.
Step 4: A voice will then tell you your pin code, and you will
write it down as they are speaking.
Step 5: Once you have written down the given 8 digit pin, use
the numeric keypad on your mobile and press 3 - 4 random
numbers once they have told you the pin for the first time,
and after a few seconds the call will be cancelled. You will
not be charged. (Other than international taxes.)
You can also just end the call by pressing ”End call”, but it is
not 100% guaranteed that that will work.
Step 6: Repeat. (?)
You don’t have to repeat if you are just getting one,
obviously. But I recommend getting alot of them at once,
unless you have an international SIM Card meaning you won’t
have to leave the country.
This can easily get you 80-100 in just one hour.
(That’s over 8 years of membership!)
I do recommend this for personal use only. Selling more than
3 pins to different persons will prevent you from using any
more pins from that phone number. So I suggest using it for
personal use. That way it’s safe and still an unlimited supply
of membership.
So for your own safety, do not sell the pins! If you do,
it’s at your own risk. You should only use them for
your own accounts.
4 – Q&A.
Q: Is this stealing?
A: No.
Q: Is there any specific mobile phone I need to perform this?
A: No, but it might be the best to use a prepaid mobile phone.
Q: How many pins can I use for one account at a time?
A: You can use how many you want, but only split between 3
accounts or less. (If you add multiple pins to an account,
please bear in mind it might take up to 1 day before the
second one will become active. If you use pins from the same
phone number for more than 3 RuneScape accounts, all of
your accounts may be left with negative membership credits.
