Report on events.
1. Firstly, do identify who you are in the question given
2. Next, you need to know the format of a report writing.
The format for report writing is TFT which stands for Title (the title for the report),
From (your name) and To (the person who is going to read your report). These
three things will be in the upper part of your report writing.

- Make sure of the objective is written in singular or plural form.
- If the word “objectives” is in singular form, so only one objective is
needed.

- If the word “objectives” is in plural form, so more than one objectives is
needed. (Preferable two)
For example – There were two objectives for this Sports Day to be held. The
first one was to encourage students to participate in sports activities and
the second one is to nurture the value of teamwork in any sports they took
part.

You need to write your name in capital letters and also your position (you may create
your position if it’s not being mentioned in the question.
