 Procedure to join Team on Microsoft Team by using Mobile/ Tab

1. User have to download MS Team app from Play Store, after installing Microsoft Teams, users
have to click on “Sign In” only

2. After clicking on Sign In tab, users have to put given Microsoft account ID
3. After putting Microsoft ID user have to put “Given password” only.

4. For first time users, after putting login credentials user have to update password. (It will be
automatically ask)
5. Once password is updated, your account will be active within minute. User have to click on
“Teams”

6. User have to join respective division only, by using provided code.


(If user is going to join multiple divisions then account will be permantly blocked by admin)
7. User have to click on Calender, they can get notification for lecture, they have to click on join
in particular time slot.
