1.Instruction
To facilitate a smooth registration process, we provide this file for your easy
reference. And then you can follow the steps to submit your request online.
2. Registration link

3. Request type
Open the link, and select the request type which you want:
For warranty start date update, please use the first option
For upgrade warranty email or confirmation email, please use the second
option
For upgrade/extend warranty registration, please use the third option
For other or special request, please use the last option

1) Warranty start date update
Select the first option and machine country, then the website will redirect to
a new page
Confirm the country and upload machine invoice copy(only one invoice
copy is allowed for one case, please confirm the file which you upload
contains necessary information about the machine), then click Next

Then Ai will preview the invoice information which you upload and if
necessary, information is missing from the invoice, it will ask you to upload
more information
Everything is ok, please click Next
In this page, you can check the machine information and edit (Left is the
invoice copy which you upload, Right is the information which need you
update)

If the SN is not correct, you can click “Change Serial Number” to revise to
correct SN
If the current warranty start date is same or batter than invoice date, will
show below message, means no need to submit this ticket to update
warranty date

If you need to add one more SN, you can click “Add Serial Number
(optional)”
If you need to add bulk SN, you can click” Paste Serial Number”, and copy
all SN on this page (you can copy from the excel file or use these
characters to separate:";" ",") Max volume is 500 at one time, but you can
add many times

Then you can click SUBMIT to complete the ticket, then you will receive a
message to show the ticket is submitted successfully
Note: if you have any issue when submit this ticket, you can click the link
“Encounter any issue” on in the upper right corner of every page to submit your
issue.

2) Resend registration confirmation email
Select the second option and machine country
Please fill your PO number and request, then upload relevant attachments
at the same time
Please fill your Contact Information

Then you can review the information which you fill before, and click submit
once confirm
3) Registration extension or upgrade
Select the third option, then select machine country and fill machine SN
which you need to register (if there are bulk SN, can fill any one of them first)

Fill the purchase date of upgrade/extend service, the service Auth code &
pin code, which was necessary parts for service upgrade registration, and
can fill your request in Description. (if there are bulk SN, can upload excel
file as attachment)

Then you can review the information which you fill before, and click submit
once confirm
4) Other Registration Questions
Select the last option, then select machine country and fill machine SN((if
there are bulk SN, can fill any one of them first)
