Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Jha (M.Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry; Ph.D.*) is currently Scientist (Research
Associate) in All India Institute of Ayurveda, Government of India, New Delhi also he is the Founder,
Chairperson, and Editor-In-Chief of Scientistic Era Research and Development Firm, which was
officially inaugurated by Honourable Shri Shripad Yesso Naik Ji, Minister of State for New and
Renewable Energy, Government of India. Holds the position of Managing Editor of (IJRDPL Journal).
He also serves as the Research and Development Director at Hubs Ayurveda. He worked as a Researcher
in the Pharma Department on a project titled "Profiling of Phytochemicals in Ayurvedic Medicinal
Formulations and Understanding Their Aggregation Behavior," a collaborative IMR project between
the Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Jhansi, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and IIT
Gandhinagar. Mr. Jha has been honored with the prestigious "Young Researcher Award – 2024" (Volume
9, Issue 3) by the Institute of Scholars (INSC), where his Membership ID is 20248YRA69. He also
honoured to receive Invitation to be a distinguished speaker at the 2nd International Conference on
Traditional and Alternative Medicine, scheduled to be held from September 08–10, 2025, at
the Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport, Switzerland. He also organized the 1st International Webinar on
'Pharmaceutical Policy and Access to Medicines: Indian Perspective' as the Organizing Secretary
(Scientistic Era). In addition to his research career, Mr. Jha is a former actor and model, with over 4
million views on a music video posted on YouTube. He has also held roles as a Production Head
(Pharma), Research Supervisor, Formulation Scientist, and Assistant Professor/Researcher. Mr. Jha's
expertise lies in Medicinal Chemistry, with a focus on wet lab synthetic chemistry, analytical techniques,
and molecular docking evaluation of conventional drugs and medicinal plants. He is proficient in
modern analytical tools such as HPTLC, HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, and in-silico analysis. His research
encompasses in-vitro and in-vivo pharmacological studies, molecular docking mechanisms, and
network pharmacology. With over 35 research articles published in renowned journals like Nature
(Scientific Reports), Wiley (Chemistry & Biodiversity), and Pharmacological Research - Natural
Products (Elsevier) and Plasmonic (Springer Nature), he has also contributed to more than five book
chapters, authored 5 books on National and International platforms, and published one book on
Amazon. Mr. Jha holds 10 published patents, 4 copyrights, five 8 design grants, and 2 international
design patents from the United Kingdom.
His active participation in more than 70+ national and international conferences, seminars, and
workshops reflects his dedication to societal betterment and national sustainable development.
