NARRATIVE
1. What: Accomplishment report on Illegal Gambling
2. When: At about 9:40 AM of February 21, 2024
3. Where: Purok 3, Brgy Solar Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay
4. Who:
a. Andres, 41 years old, married, male, fisherman and a resident of
Brgy. Tuburan Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay
b. Darwin, 28 years old, single, male, unemployed and a resident of
Brgy. Tuburan Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay
c. Dave, 36 years old, married, male, construction worker and a
resident of Brgy. Poblacion Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay
5. Why: Violated Provincial Executive Ordinance Number: 2007-224
6. How: Please be informed that on or qbout 9:40 AM of February 21,
2024, personnel of Talusan MPS by PCAPT RONILLO A ROMUALDO, OIC
conducted a law enforcement operation in connection on all forms of
illegal gambling at Purok 3, Brgy. Solar Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay
which resulted in the apprehension of the following: 1. Andres, 41
years old, married, male, fisherman and a resident of Brgy. Tuburan
Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay; 2. Darwin, 28 years old, single, male,
unemployed and a resident of Brgy. Tuburan Talusan, Zamboanga
Sibugay; 3. Dave, 36 years old, married, male, construction worker and
a resident of Brgy. Poblacion Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay. Said
personalities were caught in the public playing “(HANTAK)” at Purok 3,
Brgy. Solar Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay. Confiscated during the
operation were five (5) pieces of 5 peso and cash money amounting
Three hundred sixty five pesos (Php 365.00) bet money. Arrested
persons were duly informed on their constitutional rights, the cause
and nature of their arrest and the Anti-Torture Warning.
7. Disposition: Confiscated items and arrested persons were brought to
Olutanga MPS for proper disposition.
8. For information and request acknowledge.

This Certification is being issued this 21 st day of February 2024 in the


Municipality of Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
