Examination Centre related Instructions:
1. You are NOT allowed to take mobile phones or any other gadgets with them inside the examination hall. If you are found
in possession of a mobile phone or any other gadget during the exam, your exam paper will be cancelled immediately;
2. You are advised to arrive at the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time;
3. You are advised to be seated at least 20 minutes prior to the commencement of the Assessment time;
4. You must bring your admit cards along with Original CNIC or any other photo identity card to enter into the examination
venue;
5. You will NOT be allowed into the examination hall after the lapse of 30 minutes from the exam start time and in the same
way you will NOT be allowed to leave the exam hall before the lapse of 90 minutes;
6. You are NOT allowed to bring any written material, like books and papers in the examination hall;
7. You are allowed to use Scientific (Non-Programmable) Calculators only;
8. Use of internet except the provided link is strictly prohibited;
9. In case you are found using “Unfair Means” (UFM): capturing /reproducing/distributing images of questions/ answers on
electronic/print or any other media during or after exam; you will be disqualified and your paper will be cancelled
immediately;
10. If you have any queries, speak only with the invigilator, communication with other candidates is strictly prohibited;
11. Parents/guardians/relatives & other visitors accompanying you, are NOT allowed inside the examination venue.
NIBAF-P will be the sole judge regarding any foul acts committed by any candidate. In addition to the punishments
prescribed in ISQ Handbook, NIBAF-P will also have the right to convey the information of punishment imposed on any
candidate to his / her employer and/or State Bank of Pakistan.
Paper-related Instructions:
1. The duration of the exam will be 180 minutes;
2. JAIBP Stage-I & Stage-II Examinations are 100% objective i.e., MCQs Based;
3. JAIBP Stage-III Examinations comprise of 45% Objective & 55% Subjective;
4. AIBP Examinations comprise of 60% Objective & 40% Subjective;
5. You must read the instructions appearing on your computer screen before attempting the test;
6. Attempt ALL questions
7. For Objective: Select an answer to every question. Unanswered questions will be marked as INCORRECT. There is NO
negative marking;
8. For Subjective: Answers must be clear, relevant, logical and brief. Do not write your name, access no. or roll no. or any
other identification mark;
9. The remaining test time will be visible on your screens. Please pay attention to it;
10. Make sure to click the “Submit & Finish” at the end;
11. After the test is submitted, you won't be able to review or change it;
12. Log out after finishing the test.
