Benefits: Standard provides the following benefits to all on-roll staff members:
WORK SCHEDULE:
• The employee shall work 8 Hours per day.
• The employee shall work 5 days in a week.
• Twenty hours over time per week.
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
• This contract shall have duration of 2 year from the date of employee assumes
his/her duties.
• Both parties agree that this contract is conditional upon the employee
obtaining a valid work permit pursuant to the immigration regulations, and
his/her successful entry to Australia.

VACATION:
You will be entitled to 20 holidays entitled which will operate on pro rate basic. You
will be entitled to 10 days sick pay on completion of first three months of your
employment.
ACCOMMODATION:
The company shall provide you with a bachelor-shared accommodation nearby the
company. The accommodation is inclusive of utilities expenses.
BONUS:
Effective upon satisfactory of employment and based upon the goals and objectives
agreed to in the performance development planning with your company, you may be
eligible for a bonus. The plan for this year and beyond, should such a plan exist, will
be based on the formula determined by the company for the year.
INSURANCE:
The current, standard company health life, disability and dental insurance coverage
are generally supplied per company policy. Eligibility for other benefits, will
generally determine annually.
FOOD:
You shall eat at the staff canteen free of cost as two dietary options for vegetarians
and non-vegetarians.
TRANSPORT:
Company is providing all the transportation to their employees. Any moving or other
transition expenses will be paid by the company.
