Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
Enlisted all Special class/1st class (combined)/1st class/2nd class contractors/firms under
PWD and class-3 contractors/firms under Dhaka PWD circle-3 are eligible.
The tenderer's PWD license must be renewed from SB Nagar PWD Division-1, Dhaka for
the year 2024-25.
Up-to date copy of the following mentioned documents to be submitted: i. Up-to Date
Income Tax Certificate, ii. Up-to Date TIN Certificate, iii. Up-to Date Valid VAT Registration
Certificate, iv. Up-to- Date Trade License, v. PWD Enlistment and up-to- Date PWD License
renewal Paper.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities or bank solvency
of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line
of Credit as perform PW2b-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for
this purpose. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between
publication date and submission date of the tender.
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet
(TDS) of the tender document.
According to the Public Procurement Act 2006, Section 19, sub section 1(a) provided that
such tenderer shall be deemed to have been rejected if any tenderer quotes in the tender a
rate 05% (Five) below or above than the official estimate.
