Title: Associate Software Engineer
Job Location: Hinjawadi, Pune
So, what’s the role all about?
Step into the exciting world of enterprise software as an Associate Software Engineer with our dynamic
R&D team. You’ll be at the heart of creating cutting-edge solutions using Java, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, and
more. From concept to code and testing to deployment, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire
software development lifecycle while building next-gen enterprise-grade products that solve real-world
challenges.
How will you make an impact?
• Showcase your strong coding capabilities across multiple languages including Java, .NET, HTML,
and JavaScript
• Tackle complex problems with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Build high-performance algorithms that power impactful applications
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with peers, mentors, and cross-functional teams
• Experience or exposure to AI, Data Analytics, LLMs, or tools like OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or Vibe
Coding is a plus!
Have you got what it takes?
• B.E. / B.Tech (CS /IT /E&TC / AI / DS)
• Consistent academic performance: Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th and/or CGPA>= 6.5
• No active backlogs

Student Program:
As part of our unique Student Program, you’ll begin with a part-time internship (2.5 days/week) starting
September 2025 at our Pune office. As a student, you will be fully embedded in our software engineering
teams –gaining hands-on experience, learning from mentors, and contributing to real projects from Day 1.
Full-time Employment:
Post internship, seamlessly transition into a full-time employment role from July 2026 and continue your
journey of innovation and impact.
Compensation:
• Internship Period: INR 50,000 per month
• Full-Time Employment: INR 12.0 Lakhs CTC per year
