Subject: Deployment of Professional Education Students for Field Study Program
Dear Principal,
Warm Greetings from Central Mindanao Colleges!
In line with Central Mindanao Colleges’ commitment to delivering quality and experiential
learning opportunities for aspiring educators, the College of Teacher Education will be deploying
Professional Education (ProfEd) students to the Senior High School Department for their Field
Study immersion. This program serves as a critical academic requirement and an integral part of
the students’ preparation for the teaching profession.
The deployment is scheduled to begin on August 26, 2025 (Tuesday).
There will be two categories of students for deployment:
• Students with Certificate of Employment (COE): To undertake a 5-day Field Study;
• Students without a COE: To complete the 108-hour Field Study requirement.
This letter serves as an official communication as we move forward with the finalization of the
necessary documentation. The complete list of participating students, including their respective
specializations and group assignments, will be submitted shortly.
Prior to deployment, each student must accomplish all course requirements aligned with the
Field Study curriculum. A Certificate of Clearance will be issued only upon completion of these
requirements and must be presented to both their designated Cooperating Teacher (CT) and
your office, serving as formal confirmation of their eligibility and readiness for deployment.
