Those hours should be supported by activities related to COVID-19 shadowing a nurse leader.
Remember, this is an excellent opportunity for DNP students to explore his/her skills and
knowledge as a leader working in difficult situations where the health system required your
cooperation.

DNP Essential II. Organizational and Systems Leadership for Quality Improvement

Activity: Meet with Stakeholders


---I spent ---- hours in a meeting with the clinical center stakeholders increasing my knowledge
and understanding of other roles and functions to guarantee a perfect setting functioning during
the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

how my knowledge as DNP student can be implemented to reduce the effect of the Pandemic
Covid 19 in our patients, I was working with the clinical medical director and other
administrative personal.

conference with my co-workers, which allows me the opportunity to recognize my role as a
leader.

Clinical Hours Course of Action
The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program requires achievement of a total of 1,000 clinical
hours. The clinical hours symbolize a clinical immersion that happen in the planning,
implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of the Academic Practice Project. Clinical hours
may be logged for activities that occur in relation of the followingDNP program's courses.
