LANGUAGES
1. Where do you study English ?
I study English at a language center and do extra practice at home. At the center, I
focus on learning new topics with a teacher. At home, I review what I learned and try
to use it in conversations or listening exercises, balancing my practice in both
environments for better results.
2. What languages can you learn at school ?
At school, we have the option to study English or Chinese, both of which are very
practical languages to learn. English is helpful for travel and global communication,
while Chinese is valuable for understanding Asian culture and business opportunities.
I think it’s great that my school offers a choice of languages that will be useful in
different ways.
3. How often do you speak English ?
I aim to speak English daily at home, which has helped me build confidence and
improve my fluency over time. I practice by having small conversations with family
or friends and even try to think in English. Consistent practice has really helped me
feel more natural with the language.
4. What is easy for you about learning a new language ?
I find Chinese easier to learn than some other languages because it has similarities
with Vietnamese. Many words and tones are similar, so I don’t feel as lost when I
study. This makes learning Chinese a bit more comfortable for me.
5. Please tell me something about good ways for you to learn a new language.
A good way to learn a language is by having a real interest in it and practicing
every day. I find that regular practice and using the language in real life makes
learning much easier. Enjoying the language also helps me stay motivated and
improve faster.
