Topic: Noise

Q: Do you like to live in a noisy place or a quiet place?

A: I definitely prefer living in a quiet place. I find that silence helps me relax after a long day at
work, and it allows me to focus better when I’m reading or working on personal projects. Noise
can be exciting for a short while, but I wouldn’t want to deal with it all the time.

Q: What kind of noise disturbs you most?

A: I’m most disturbed by constant, repetitive noises. I don’t like construction drilling or loud
traffic. They make it difficult for me to concentrate and can really affect my mood.

Q: Does noise affect your health?

A: Yes, I believe it does. When I’m exposed to noise for too long, I tend to feel more stressed
and sometimes even develop headaches. It also disrupts my sleep, which impacts my energy
levels the next day.

Situation 1:

Answer:
If I had to choose, I would buy the watch by shopping in a mall. First of all, I can see the watch in
person and try it on before making a decision. Watches can look very different in photos
compared to real life, so it’s important to check the size, color, and weight. Secondly, shopping
in a mall allows me to ask the sales staff questions immediately, such as about warranty or
maintenance. Finally, I simply enjoy the experience of going to a mall. it feels more personal and
trustworthy than buying online or over the phone. So for me, shopping in a mall would be the
most reliable and satisfying option.

Topic 1: More recycling centers should be built in communities.

Q: Are you aware of what recycling means?

A: Yes, recycling means processing used materials, such as paper, plastic, and metal, so they can
be turned into new products instead of being thrown away. It’s an important way to reduce
waste and protect the environment.

Q: Do you recycle as part of your everyday life?

A: I try to. At home, I separate recyclable waste from general trash, and I often reuse jars or
boxes instead of buying new containers. However, it’s not always convenient because the
recycling facilities in my area are limited.

Q: Do you agree that everyone should reuse and recycle products?

A: Absolutely. If everyone made a small effort to recycle and reuse items, it would significantly
reduce landfill waste and conserve natural resources. Of course, governments should also make
it easier for people by providing more collection points and education.

In recent years, fast food has become a broad issue to the general public. Some people argue
that we have to think twice before deciding to eat fast food because of some health problems it
may cause, while others believe that this kind of food is a good choice for those with a very busy
life. In this essay, I will share my opinion about this topic.

On the one hand, people think that fast food is a convenient option for busy individuals. First of
all, people believe that fast food is very time-saving because it can be prepared and served fast,
which is ideal for those with tight schedules. Second, it is also very accessible since fast-food
restaurants can be found almost everywhere, from city centers to small towns. Lastly, in their
opinion, fast food is very affordable compared to traditional restaurants.

On the other hand, other people believe that fast food can lead to serious health problems. First
of all, people think that fast food is very unhealthy due to its high levels of fat, sugar, and salt,
which can increase the risk of obesity. Second, it is also considered very low in nutritional value
compared to home-cooked meals, which often contain fresh and balanced ingredients.

In conclusion, every coin has two sides. People have to think of both sides of the problem. In my
opinion, I agree that fast food is convenient, but it should be consumed in moderation to avoid
health risks. People should have further considerations on this issue.

Thanks for your email. Wow, it sounds so nice with all the snow! I have never seen real snow
before, but I think it must be very fun to ski.

In my country, it is sunny and warm now. The sky is blue almost every day. We don’t need to
wear jackets, just T-shirts and shorts.

I like playing football with my friends after school. Sometimes we ride our bikes in the park, and
on weekends I go swimming at the pool. I also go picnic with my family during weekends. It is a
lot of fun to be outside.

I hope one day I can visit you in winter and try skiing.
