CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
Highlight Cell Rules
GREATER THAN highlights cells the values are greater than a number you set.
LESS THAN highlights cells the values smaller than the number you set.
INBETWEEN highlights cells with values between two numbers you set.
EQUAL TO highlights cells the value is exactly the number or text.
TEXT THAT CONTAINS highlights cells that have a specific word, phrase, or character.
A DATE OCCURING highlights cells with dates that fall into a specific time period.
DUPLICATE highlights cells that appear more than once or unique numbers.
Top/Bottom Rules
Top 10 Items highlights the highest values in your selection, by count, not by percentage.
Top 10 % highlights the top percentage of values in your selection.
Bottom 10 Items highlights the lowest values in your selection, by count.
Bottom 10 % highlights the lowest percentage of values in your selection.
Above Average highlights cells with values higher than the average of the selected range.
Below Average highlights cells with values lower than the average of the selected range.
