I, DOMINGA MIRANDA, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of
Tagudin, Mabini, Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:
1. That I am the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated in Brgy.
Tagudin, Mabini, Pangasinan, declared under Tax Declaration No. 22-
0015-02374 with an area measuring EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
NINETY TWO (8592) square meters, more or less;
2. That the said parcel of land is neither being tenanted nor cultivated by
any person or group of person;
3. that I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.

several years;

authenticated marriage contract indicates that their surnames are
stated as BONGAR not BUNGAR;

persons;
