From June 2011- Till present, work as a Technical Engineer in “Follow up Agreements Private
Power Plants Sector”, at Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC), Ministry of Electricity &
Renewable Energy,
More than 14 years’ experience at Private BOOT Power Plant field with high knowledge of
agreements, contracts and tenders. Skilled in stakeholder coordination and preparing technical and
contractual documentation for energy project and how to make any negotiation with any consultant
or investors, facilitating the scope of work and more benefits gained from working till now.
Description of Work:
Skilled in drafting and reviewing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or any related agreements,
implementation contracts, bid documents and technical-commercial evaluations. Proven ability to
collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual frameworks,
coordinating with consultants, developers and internal departments on contract execution.
And also build a data base for all the private power plants data and get benefit from IT plan to make
the data of any power plant available to other private power plants and easier to collect and process.
Participated in the preparation of a comprehensive report on all solar power plants in Egypt.

- Supervising of operation & maintenance and technical performance report for all the Private
Power Plants in EGYPT.
- Follow up the Technical Performance Report and All Agreements of BOOT Power.
- Participate in solving any issue occurs in any BOOT Power Plants.
- Updating the Database of BOOT Power Plants (Capacity, Energy, Fuel…) Monthly.
For New Projects:
- Planning of these projects preparing the RFP & draft agreements and revising the financial
Models submitted by the bidders.
- Preparing and evaluating tender document for IPP and BOO projects.
- Ensuring compliance with governmental policies and sector regulations.
- Participate if we need any international or local Consultant.
