FOREWORD
Thank you for choosing our Full Automatic Vertical Form-film-seal Machine, in order to have
a better knowledge of understanding and operating to the machine, please read the User
Manual carefully before using it.
LT420 Full Automatic Vertical Form-film-seal Machine is easy and safe to operate, and with
strong practically, high economic returns. The operating way and structure of the machine
may different according to the product and packaging material. Please reference to
appendix in order to have a thorough understanding with the special points.
LT420 is designed basing on the high level safe regulation, will not be damaged or broken
down even when operating careless. When faults are happened, please reference to the
User Manual or contact our technician to adopt some necessary and reasonable measures
to operate the machine effectively.
We have the carefully check and test with all parts and electric circuit of the machine before
ex-factory. Any problems please contact us or our agents.
In order to operating the machine smoothly, and avoiding risks, please observe the safety
information strictly.

Chapter 1 Packing machine Safety information
1.1 Safety information and signs
There are signs in the left of this page that indicating danger, warning, caution, note.
Make sure to have thorough understanding with the following contents in order to
running machine safely and correctly.
The careful operation of your machine depends on everyone who operates, maintains,
adjusts or works near it. Please read and understand these danger, warning and
caution notices. Be sure you understand the following signal words which will be seen
throughout this manual.
DANGER
Alerts you to an immediate hazard, it will always result in severe personal injury and
possible death, if not avoided.
WARMING
Alerts you to an immediate hazard, it will result in a serious personal injury, or possible
death in some cases, if not avoided.
CAUTION
Points out a proper use will avoid damage to the machine, and will extend life of
machine parts.
NOTE
Suggest how to use or adjust the machine for the best product results.

1.2 Installation site and supply power
3) Sufficient illumination for the daily operation and maintenance as well as the

Chapter 3 Installation

3.2.1 Preparation
1) Connect electricity, and to set vertical and horizontal heating temperature according
to film materials.
2) Connect the ¢ 10 compressed air pipe to the entrance of diad at the back of
packaging machine.

3.2.4 Photocell eye and sensitivity adjustment
Photo cell Sensor with integrated optics, semiconductor optoelectronics technology,
modem technology, with high sensitivity, fast response, anti-interference ability of
background light, compact, easy to use and so on. Control system in the packaging
machinery as supporting the use of sensors and other instruments, on the color or other
color patterns can be used as markers, lines or objects detection, automatic positioning,
length, color defense, cutting, correction, On the version, and technology functions.
Positioning for the length of the bag to determine the cut off position, because of the
packaging film used by customers of our test machine with the packaging film may be

(usually the background), the sensitivity adjustment knob counter-clockwise, so
that light is just off the state, remember that this time the position of the knob (Set B
point)
4) and then the knob to the A, B between the center of the location. At this point the
output of the sensitivity of the best. A, B the greater the distance between two
points, indicating greater color detection more stable, but A, B at least two points
from a grid, or testing will not be stable, may be appropriate to adjust the tilt sensor
and measured surface .

6) FUNCTION-------There are start and stop buttons for 【 EYE MARK 】【 FILL AIR 】
【 GUSSET 】 .It is convenient for you to choose one or all that
functions.

4.2 Touch screen detail description
Notice: The touch screen is high sensitivity, please touch it lightly. Too much force
may damage it.

Tips:At the bottom of every page, there are buttons for 【HOME PAGE】 【AUTOMATIC】
【MANUAL】【FUNCTION】【PARAMETER】【ALARM】. Press any of the above
buttons, and then it will go to the corresponding page directly. They will enter
pages as shown in 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10.

4.2.4 Automatic----Press 【 AUTOMATIC 】 ,it will enter next page, shown as picture 5.
There are setting display for【PROGRAM NO.】【NET WEIGHT】
【BAG LENGTH】,start and stop buttons for【FILL BAG】 【TEST】,
hotkey of 【MAKE ONE BAG】, display of【ERROR CORRECT】
【SPEED】 【BAG COUNTER】 【FILL COUNTER】 【RESET】.After
setting all parameters, when press【AUTOMATIC】, the machine will
operate continuously at preset speed.

1) PROGRAM NO----It is only used for displaying the current program number, and can
not be changed over here. Please go to the parameter setting page to switch
program number to meet different demands.
2) FILL BAG----It is used with measuring system. When packaging machine is connecting
with measuring system, press 【START】,Y5 signal of PLC will keep outputting
signal, and drive other feeding system to work together. Y7 signal will send
signal at preset speed ask for feeding. With this function the machine will fill
product continuously by adopting the principle of sending signal to each other.
Press 【STOP】or Emergency switch to stop it.
3) MAKE BAG----It is used for testing packaging machine. Press 【 Start 】 ,packaging
machine will make one empty bag at preset bag length, speed and other
parameters. It is only for testing. Press 【Stop】or emergency switch to stop it.
4) FILM PULL----It is used for making forming tube to clamp the pulling belt to make it pull
film downward. Press 【 OPEN 】 (Y20 signal),pulling belt will move closer to
forming tube to make it pull film. Press 【CLOSE】,pulling belt will depart from
forming tube and stop working.

Press emergency switch, pulling belt system will depart from forming tube. Reset
emergency switch, pulling belt system will move closer to the both sides of
forming tube.
5) MAKE ONE BAG----It is used for making one empty bag. Press 【 MAKE ONE
BAG 】 ,machine will make an empty bag at preset bag length and other
parameters. After it stops, you can press the button again to make one more bag
if necessary.
6) ERROR CORRECT----It is used for correcting vertical sealing. If the vertical sealing is
not matched well, press left or right arrow to adjust.
7) SPEED----It is only for showing the practical packing speed of packaging machine or
measuring system. It can not be changed over here, please enter the parameter
setting (1/3) page to change the speed.
8) BAG COUNTER----It shows the total number of packed bags from press【FILL BAG】
to stop it. Press【RESET】to reset the number.
9) FILL COUNTER----It shows the total number of packed bags from press【TEST】to stop
it. Press【RESET】to reset the number.

Picture(5—C)
1) DELIVER FILM----Press it, PLC sends Y0 signal to make servo driver pull film once at
preset length or 20mm longer. At the same time, other functions don’t work.
Press the button again if necessary.
2) MAKE ONE BAG----It makes one empty bag at preset parameters when press 【MAKE
ONE BAG】. Press the button again if necessary.
3)ONCE FILL---- Press 【ONCE FILL】,PLC sends Y1 signal to measuring system to fill
product once at preset parameter. At the same time, other functions don’t work.
Press the button again if necessary.
4) HORI.SEAL ----It is used for closing or opening horizontal sealing jaws. When the
machine is in stand-by condition, press【HORI. SEAL 】,PLC sends Y1 signal
to drive electromagnetic valve and cylinder, making horizontal sealing jaws
close. When press 【HORI.SEAL 】or emergency switch, horizontal sealing
jaws will open. Other functions don’t work.
5) CENTER SEAL ----It is used for opening or closing vertical sealing jaws. When the
machine is in stand-by condition, vertical sealing jaws are open. Press
【CENTER SEAL 】,PLC sends Y2 signal to drive electromagnetic valve and
cylinder, making vertical sealing jaws be closed. When press 【 CENTER
SEAL 】or emergency switch, vertical sealing jaws will close. Other functions
don’t work.
6) CUTTER ----It is used for outstretching or withdrawing the cutter. When the machine is
in stand-by condition, cutter withdraws. Press 【CUTTER】,PLC sends Y6 and
Y15 signal to drive electromagnetic valve and cylinder, making cutter
outstretch. When press 【CUTTER】or emergency switch, cutter will withdraw.
Other functions don’t work.
7) AIR FLUSH ----It is used for opening or closing charging valve. When the machine is in
stand-by condition, charging valve is close. Press 【AIR FLUSH】,PLC sends
Y7 signal to drive electromagnetic valve and cylinder, making charging valve
discharge. Press 【AIR FLUSH 】or emergency switch, charging valve will
close. Other functions don’t work.
8) FILM UNWIND----It is used for stopping or starting the film pull motor. When the
machine is in stand-by condition, film pull motor stops. Press 【 FILM
UNWIND】,PLC send Y13 signal to drive solid state relay and motor, making
fill pull motor start to work. Press【FILM UNWIND】or emergency switch to stop
it. Other functions don’t work.
9) GUSSET ----It is used for outstretching and withdrawing the gusset. When machine is
in stand-by condition, gusset withdraws. When press 【 GUSSET 】 , PLC
sends Y3 signal to drive electromagnetic valve and cylinder, making gusset

outstretch. When press 【GUSSET 】or emergency switch, gusset withdraws.
Other functions don’t work.
Picture(6—C)
1) EYE MARK----It is used for tracking photocell on the film to identify bag length (specific
bag length is related to the design of the using film). Press 【OFF】,it turns to
【 ON 】 condition, the machine will operate under the order of tracking bag
length. Please reference to 【 PARAMETER 】 (1/3) to know how to set bag
length. Press 【ON】,it turns to 【OFF】condition, the machine will operate at
preset bag length under the order of fixed bag length.
2) FILL AIR----It applies to fill air or nitrogen into bag for breakage-proof or preserving
freshness. Press 【OFF】,it turns to 【ON】condition, the machine will fill air or
nitrogen into bag automatically. Please reference to 【PARAMETER】(2/3) to
know how to set parameter of flush delay. Be sure that there is enough air or
nitrogen. Please adjust the throttle valves to meet different saturations. Press
【ON】,it turns to 【OFF】condition, in this case the packaged bag is filled with
natural air.
3)GUSSET----It is used for outstretching and withdrawing the gusseted (optional device).
Press【OFF】,the function turns to 【ON】situation, and then the machine will
make the Block Button Bag automatically(please reference to【PARAMETER】
(2/3) to know how to set the parameter).Press 【ON】, it turns to 【OFF】
situation, under this condition machine will make Pillow Back.

4)WEIGHER SIGNAL----it is used for link to weigher dump signal.make sure weigher
use ready signal or completion signal.
4.2.7 PARAMETER (1/3) ---- Press 【PARAMETER 】 ,it enters next page(shown as
picture 7-C-1).There are Press 【PARAMETER】,it enters next page,shown as
picture 8.There are 【BAG LENGTH】 【SPEED】【FILM PULL DELAY】 【SERVO
PREQUENCY】,etc. There are 3 pages in total for 【PARAMETER】.

Attention: Press the button lightly, it will pop up a number keyboard(shown as picture
7-C-S).After inputting the parameter, press 【ENT】to confirm, 【CE】to eliminate, 【ES】
to quit. Press【SAVE】to save data.

1) PROGRAM NO. ----It is used for storing different packaging specifications. Different
products require different parameters. All programs are preset at ZERO before
ex-factory. As long as the program No. is set up, you can switch functions
through pressing the program no. directly.
2) BAG LENGTH----It is used for setting bag length through two patterns, fixed bag length
and tracking bag length. Under the order of fixed bag length, it is advised to set
the parameter as X-20mm. For example, if bag length is 200mm, then
parameter should be set at 200-20=180mm. We change parameter of servo
motor driver before ex-factory in case of slipping, which will cause about 20mm
longer than preset. Please set 20mm shorter or else according to actual
situation until it is acceptable. Under the order of tracking bag length, the
parameter should be set as X+20mm.For example, if distance between two
color codes is 200mm, the bag length should be set at 200+20mm or more. The
function is used for tracking eye mark.
3) SPEED----It is only for showing the current packing speed of packaging machine when
it is testing, can not seen as the actual packaging speed. It is subject to the
measuring device when they are connecting.
Range: (1-99) bags/min Recommend: (10-45) bags/min
4) FILM PULL DELAY----It is used for preventing crashing product. The higher you set the
lower packaging speed.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.00-0.50) S.
5) SERVO PREQUENCY----It is used for controlling the speed of servo motor to prevent
crashing product. The smaller you set the slower it runs.
Range: (2500-10000) HZ Recommend: (4000-8000) HZ
6) HORI. SEAL DELAY----It is used for outputting horizontal sealing signal. You can set
this parameter to avoid crashing product. The smaller you set the lower
packaging speed.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.00-0.20) S
7) HORI.SEAL TIME----It is used for controlling time of open and close horizontal sealing
jaws. You can lower the temperature to prolong sealing time or rise temperature
to reduce sealing time. It is subject to the actual packaging film.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.50-1.50) S
8) VERT.SEAL DELAY----It is used for outputting vertical sealing time signal. If there is
fold on the vertical sealing, you can set parameter here to avoid that.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.0-0.15) S
9) VERT.SEAL TIME----It is used for controlling time of open and close vertical sealing
jaws. You can lower the temperature to prolong sealing time or rise temperature
to reduce sealing time. It is subject to the actual packaging film.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.50-1.50) S

4.2.8 PARAMETER (2/3) ---- Press 【 NEXT 】 ,it enters next page (shown as picture
7-C-2).There are 【CONNECT BAG】, 【SHORT CUTTER】, 【CUTTER
DELAY】, 【CUTTING TIME】,etc.

1) PROGRAM NO. ----It is used for storing different packaging specifications. Different
products require different parameters. All programs are preset at ZERO before
ex-factory. As long as the program No. is set up, you can switch function
through pressing the program no. directly.
Range (1-8)
2) CONNECT BAG----It is used for controlling package patterns, single bag or connect
bags (optional device). When the setting value is “0”, Y4 sends gusset signal, in
this case setting value of gusset delay and gusset time is valid. When the
setting value is “1”, Y4 and Y6 sends cutting signal at the same time, setting
value of connect bags and cutter delay as well as cutter time is valid. When the
value is preset above”2”, Y6 sends connect signal, and Y4 sends cutting signal,
the setting value of short cutter is valid.
Range: 0-99 bag(S) Recommend: 0, 1, 2-10 bag(S)
3) SHORT CUTTER—--It is used for setting short cutter. When the value is “0”, the
parameter is invalid. When the value is “1”, Y4 and Y6 sends cutting single
signal together, and the parameter is valid. When the value is set above “2”, Y4
outputs cutting signal, the value is the time of short cutter.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: 0.20 S
4) CUTTER DELAY----It is used for controlling the cutter. If it happens that the bag can not
be cut off, you can set parameter here. The best time to cut off is after horizontal
sealing jaws closed.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.15-0.40) S

5) CUTTING TIME----It is used for controlling the cutter. If it happens that the bag can not
be cut off during the procedure of packing single bag or connect bags, you can
set parameter here.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: 0.20 S
6) GAS FLUSH DELAY----It is used for controlling the saturation inside the bag. Usually
speaking, it is the best to keep the distance between two horizontal sealing jaws
at 5mm. Too soon or too late may cause the bag underinflated.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.08-0.15) S
7) GAS FLUSH TIME----It is used for controlling the saturation inside the bag. Too long or
too late may cause underinflated or even blowed out of crashing product.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S Recommend: (0.15-0.20) S
8) GUSSET DELAY------It is used for adjusting the standing bag. Too long or too late may
cause the bag not good.
Range: (0.00-9.99) S, Recommend:(0.00—0.15)
9) GUSSET TIME-------It is used for adjusting the standing bag. Too long or too late may
cause the bag not good.
Range(0.00—9.99)S, Recommend(0.15—0.20)
4.2.9 PARAMETER (3/3) ---- Press 【 NEXT 】 ,it goes to next page (shown as picture
7-C-3).There are 【 TIME OF FILM PULL ONCE 】【 VERT. SEAL LENGTH 】
【FILLING TIMES】. Press【PREVIOUS】go back to the previous page. (Shown
as Picture (7-C-3)).

1) TIME OF FILM PULL ONCE----It shows the time for pulling film once at preset bag

length.
The smaller you set the shorter time it needs, and the greater inertia. Conversely, the
bigger value you set, the longer time it needs to pull film, and the smaller
inertia.
Range: (1—9999)MS Recommend:(50—150) MS
2) VERTICAL SEAL LENGTH----It is used for controlling the vertical sealing jaws. When
bag length is longer than preset vertical seal length, film pull system will pull
film twice in a time. (When you want to pull film twice at a time, the vertical seal
length should be set as half of bag length.) When bag length is the same or
shorter than preset vertical seal length, film pull system will pull film once at a
time. Generally speaking, 10MM shorter than vertical seal jaws’ length of the
machine is the best.
Range: 1-500mm Recommend: 210mm.
3) FILLING ---It is used for setting filling times. The default value is once. When weight of
product to be packaged is beyond the scope of the using measuring system,
you can choose to fill twice or more times at a time to meet packaging demand.
If the parameter is set at 1, the machine will fill product and package once. If
parameter is set above 2, the machine will fill product twice and package once.
Range: 1-9 Recommend: 1
4) SIGNAL DELAY ---It is used for setting the time weigher dump .
4.2.10 ALARM----Press 【ALARM】,it enters next page ( shown as picture 8-C ).There are
a series of alarms, such as【HORI. VERT. TEMPERATURE NORMAL】 【PRINT
RIBBON SYSTEM NORMAL】 【DELIVER SERVO SYSTEM NORMAL】 【FILM
PULL SYSTEM NORMAL】 【STORE PRODUCT SYSTEM NORMAL】 【GLASS
DOOR CLOSED COMPLETELY 】 【 ELECTRIC DOOR CLOSED
COMPLETELY】【EMERGENCY SWITCH REPLACEMENT STATE】【DELAY
ALARM】.

ALARM----It is the main switch of the following alarms, when it is 【OFF】, all options
below are invalid. When it is 【ON】,all options below are valid.
6)NO FILM ALARM DELAY----it is used for setting the time alarm of no film.

1) Speed: Max 150times/min (Controlled by host)
2) Print area: Single row max 4*35mm2. It can put 15 characters on printer.
3) Print area: Double row max 10*35mm2. It can put 30 characters on printer

5.3 Structure
Printer structure is shown as picture 1. Printer head will move up and down at preset
speed when it is working. Notice: Do not touch the printer head in case of scalding.

5.4 Installation
1)Install ribbon
First, loosen the nut on ribbon axis(Do not have to take off the nut), and take off plexiglass.
Secondly, input the heater ribbon, and put back the baffle (the baffle should close to the
ribbon side). And finally, fix ribbon according to instructed direction.
Loosen nut on axis, and take off the movable baffle, then input the empty tube, on which
stick a bit ribbon according to the instructed direction. And then put back the movable
baffle, and finally tighten the nut.

3) Code number replacement
Push inward the handle on printer lightly(1.5~2mm)and rotate 90°at the same time, and
then take off printer head. Shown as Picture (4). Lay the code number flatly on the
workbench. Loosen the nut on the printer head, now you can replace or uninstall number
code. Using alcohol to clean the dust and using copper brush to clean the ink. Make sure
those number codes are keep alignment and clean, do not knock them with metal. Then
tighten the nut, install the printer head as the inverse installation, push the handle inward
lightly (1.5~2mm).

4)Ribbon step value adjustment.
As shown in picture (5), with the lowing of the printer head, the step gear will turn back to
its position under the action of step spring. Adjust ribbon step valve through the
butterfly-shaped nut which is at the back of the host. Move it up and down to change the
vibration of the step gear. For the purpose of saving ribbon, it is advised to keep the
distance between the two code numbers at 1mm. Finally, tighten the butterfly-shaped nut
after adjustment.

Chapter 7 Maintenance
1) If pulling belt is slipping or damaged, please replace with the new one. Firstly remove
the external covering, loosen the M12 screw and rotate M6 nut, let the axis of drove wheel
move down, take off the pulling belt, and replace with the new one, finally fasten the
screw.
Attention: Don’t adjust the pulling belt too tight or too loose.
2) Cutter: Loosen 2pcs M5 nuts, and take off old cutter. Attention not to be scalded if the

the two cutters.
3) When ribbon is run out, remove the old ribbon from printer, and replace with new one.

7.2 Maintenance
1) Keep the machine running without load for 3-5 mins before operates.
2) Check the surface oil of diad to make sure it is above 1/3 before operates. If it is under
1/3, add 20# pure engine oil until it is above 1/3.
3) Before machine starts to work, add 20# pure oil to the moving parts of it.
5) Keep eye mark clean and make sure those electric components are in dry
environment.
6) Clean the sealing jaws when it is dirty. Attention: Be sure the machine is off.
7) Be sure all screws and nuts are tight. If there is abnormal voice when machine working,
switch off the machine and check it.
8) When the machine is not operate for a long time, please operate it 0.5-1 hour without
product every 5-6 days to avoid error when you operate next time.

2 Description
2-1 This machine is designed according to the requirements of customers,it also meets
GMP standard.
2-2 For cleaning work easier,the motor installation foundation has one side of hinge
structure,and the other side is fixed by hoop,therefore you can easily open the spiral tube
bottom without tool,then you can see clearly and take the auger out from this section.The
screw bottom is also fixed by hoop,and can be dismantled quickly,It’s easy to clean.
2-3 For avoiding arch of the material which are not well in flowing,we add the Italy
breaking arch vibration motor on hopper, this machine’s service life is very long,it has high
efficiency and the amplitude of vibration is adjustable.
2-4 The conveyor’s structure is movable freely,so it not only meets the usage
requirements but also enhance the productive efficiency.
2-5 According to the usage requirements you can add sensor and intelligence control
circuit, for controlling the material in hopper、giving material automatically and alarming for
over lading eg.
3 Operation and maintenance
Inspection and preparation before use
3-1 Check the power supply whether it meets the requirements of voltage, whether the
wiring is safety and strong enough,whether connected to earth.
3-2 Check if the connection section is normal,whether the auger and terminal cover are
in the position.
3-3 Make the motor be no-load running for 5-10minutes,then check if there is something
abnormal,for example the motor and auger have abnormal voice,the machine rocks.
3-4 Check if the speed reducer leaks oil.
3-5 If the hopper of the machine has a vibrating arch-breaking device, check whether
the vibration motor is securely installed on a smooth plate, which should not have chlorine
holes or cracks. When the user installs the vibration motor higher than 1 meter from the
ground, it is recommended to tighten it with a chain hook to prevent the four bottom corner
bolts of the vibration motor from falling during vibration, causing equipment damage and
safety accidents.
4 Tidy up residual material and dismantle the auger
Operation sequence:place a pan for catching material→open the material
outlet→start up the spiral turning in reverse switch→when the residual material has been
out ,stop the machine→put the spiral tube in level→dismantle terminal cover or the
stud→take the terminal cover out→take out the auger.
5 The operation and maintenance of the worm speed reducer
5-1 Keep worm speed reducer’s surface clean,so it is easy to spread heat.If you find
the temperature is over standard, please check the quantity of oil and the oiliness.(loading
temperature≤60℃, the highest temperature of machine surface≤96℃)
5-2 NMRV screw reducer has a fully enclosed structure and does not require
replacement of lubricating oil. If lubricating oil is required, please use "Shell TIVELA OIL
SC320; Mobil GLYGO-YLE30". It is strictly forbidden to mix with other brands of lubricating
oil to avoid reaction with the original lubricating oil in the reducer, resulting in deterioration
and serious consequences.
5-3 When the rubber sealing parts leak oil, please replace it in time, forbid using the
machine without oil or lack oil.

5-4 If you discover abnormality in the machine, please stop and check it in time. when
you repair ,do not pound in case destroying it .
6. free-maintenance gear reducer
6-1 Be sure whether there is breakage on the reducer appearance in advance, does it
have leaking oil phenomenon?
6-2 Please make sure the voltage of reducer, you can add voltage stabilization if it is
not stable.
6-3 Make sure that the foundation is fixed in case that it changes to be loose in
revolving.
6-4 The lubricate butter has been putting into the reducer, you need not replace it in
12000 hours.
6-5 When the reducer is revolving, the current can’t be exceeding what marked on the
data plate.
6-6 Please pay attention to the surrounding temperature, boiling point, acidity and alkali
issues.
6-7 If you don’t install 、maintain or operate correctly, maybe you destroy the reducer
seriously.
6-8 Make sure that the power supply has been shut down when you repair or dismantle
the reducer.
6-9 For operating safely make sure that the safe device has been installed
6-10 After all accessories and gearing parts are fixed well ,you can start up the reducer.
6-11 If the reducer is revolving in a low speed with frequency transformer you need to
add assistant cooling fan independently.
6-12 When the 1-phase reducer is powered off there are still some charges in the
capacitor please connect the circuit terminal to the ground.

1. The using and Maintenance of hydraulic pressure lift
Rising:Loose the hoop in standing pillar before rising,insert the end of notch into the
round hole in the under of standing pillar,aim at valve of jack,tighten up the valve by
clockwise.And than insert the handle into the handle sheath,lift the handle up and
down,the piston should rise placidly,rise the cup to seemly height and tighten up the hoop.
Falling:Loose the hoop in standing pillar before falling,aim at valve of jack,turn the
handle by counter-clockwise tardily,loosen valve(one circuit is better),at this time the
auger machine will fall slowly tighten up the valve and hoop when it is seemly height.If
loose the valve and hoop,the auger machine would not fall,at this time prop the hopper up
by hands
Maintain:Check and lubricate the piston rod regularly to keep it clean and prevent
rust.
2.Cleaning and Safety
Step 1 Discharge material:Discharge the material in hopper and in cup out fully.
Step 2 Switch all of power off: feeder power supply.auger filler power supply and Vffs
machine power supply.
Step 3 Open the half of hopper:Loose the bolts,and open the half of hopper.
Step 4 Draw the auger out:entrust the auger to conquer pressure with spring in auger
shaft,and take the auger out,pull the forming tube and auger out .This time we can clean
it.
Step 5 Cleaning up the residue: First use a brush to clean up the residue in the
relevant parts, and then use an air gun to blow away the dust, and then perform more
rigorous cleaning according to the requirements of each company.
Step 6 Parts return:After cleaning,return all of the parts.
C.Screw shaft: Check the screw shaft for deformation regularly. Check with a
micrometer. When checking, start the discharge function to let the screw shaft rotate (be
sure to remove the screw and turn off the stirring function when inspecting) to see if the
rotation is different from that when the machine was produced. If it is obviously beating,
further inspection should be carried out to determine whether the problem is caused by
the screw shaft itself or the bearing. The screw shaft run out tolerance is allowed within
0.2mm.
