Role Overview (Full Stack Developer)

• Design & Build


Architect, implement, and maintain new features across both frontend (React/Next.js)
and backend (Python) stacks.
• End-to-End Ownership
Ship production-ready services, deploy to AWS (or your cloud of choice), monitor
performance, and iterate to meet SLAs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, design, and QA to turn requirements into elegant technical
solutions and delightful user experiences.
• Scale & Secure
Ensure applications are performant, secure, and maintainable, implement
authentication, authorization, and organizational structures as needed.
• Continuous Improvement
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to raise the bar
for engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
Frontend: Expert-level React and Next.js, strong TypeScript skills.
Backend: Proficient in Python (frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Track Record: Delivered end-to-end web applications to production and have
experience maintaining them.
• Mindset & Communication:
Highly proactive “go-getter” attitude, quick to learn new technologies.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

Having any one of these makes your application stand out

• Competitive Programming: Experience (e.g., ACM ICPC, coding contests).


• B2B & Security: Built business-critical applications with complex org structures,
authentication flows, integrations, etc.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, etc.).
• Product & Design Sense: Strong UI/UX intuition and design thinking chops.
