taking pictures of everyday happenings. The key here is candidness. Very little planning goes into much street
photography because it’s all about spontaneity.

crystal clarity. It’s undeniable, and, hopefully, eye-opening.
• Composition: Use the rule of thirds to divide your frame into a grid of nine equal parts. Place your
subject at the intersection of the gridlines to create balance.
• Exposure: Understand the exposure triangle, which includes aperture, shutter speed, and ISO.
• Shutter speed: A fast shutter speed freezes action, while a slower shutter speed blurs motion.
• Background: Pay attention to what's in the background of your shot.
• Lighting: Consider the time of day you shoot, and experiment with different white balance settings.
