Guided by this meaningful saying, we gather today to highlight the importance of proper
nutrition in achieving a healthy, productive life. This year’s theme, “Food at Nutrition Security,
Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin,” reminds us that food and nutrition
security is not just a goal — it is a right that we must all work together to uphold.
Let us celebrate this special occasion with enthusiasm and unity as we promote health and
wellness in our school and community.

Staying active is one key to staying healthy! As part of our celebration of health and wellness,
each grade level will now showcase their energy and teamwork through a Mass Demonstration.
Let us all be inspired as we witness their fun and lively performances promoting fitness and
proper nutrition!
Kindergarten:
Let us now welcome our cheerful Kindergarten pupils as they kick off our mass demonstration
with energy and smiles!
