Q .Social media and technology has had a number of detrimental effects on the current
generation. Adding to this are the post-pandemic woes which have reduced today’s youth to
‘couch potatoes’. There is an urgent need to alter this sedentary lifestyle of the youngsters or else
the long term effects may be disastrous.

Write a letter to the editor of a National Daily, highlighting these negative impacts of media and
