NARRATIVE REPORT

During my experience with the Special Program for Employment of Students

(SPES) in Barangay Hubangon, I learned a lot about the importance of community
and personal growth. The program provided students like me with job
opportunities that helped us earn money while gaining valuable work experience.

One of the key aspects of SPES was the chance to work on community projects.
This not only allowed us to contribute to our barangay but also taught us
teamwork and responsibility. I enjoyed collaborating with my peers and making
new friends while working together towards common goals.

The guidance from local officials and mentors was also very beneficial. They
supported us in developing essential skills such as communication and time
management, which I know will help me in my future studies and career.

Overall, SPES in Barangay Hubangon was a positive experience. It empowered us

as young individuals and raised our awareness about the impact we can have in
our community. I left the program with a sense of achievement and a clearer
vision for my future.

I would like to thank our honorable Congressman Jurdin Jesus M. Romualdo,

honorable Governor Xavier Jesus D. Romualdo, the DOLE, and all the people
behind this wonderful program of providing special employment to students. It is
a remarkable initiative wherein we can have a better use of our time during
summer and would also provide us the money to sustain our needs in school. I am
hoping for more years of this wonderful program to help more students who are
in need. More power and may God bless us all.
