HISTORY:

SPECIMEN: CORE NEEDLE BIOPSY FROM SWELLING LEFT FOOT.

GROSS Received multiple grey white soft tissue pieces altogether measuring 0.8x0.4x0.2 cm 1 Block/NTL.
EXAMINATION:

MICROSCOPY: Deepers have been studied.


Biopsy examined shows fibro - connective tisssue with interpersed mixed acutre and chronic inflammation along with few
congested blood vessels. Areas of haemorrhage seen. No granuloma, atypia / malignancy seen.

IMPRESSION:
Inflammatory pathology

Please correlate clinically.

Note- Specimen will be stored only for 30 days after the final reporting date; all specimens will be discarded after this period. Slides, report
