I am writing to formally resign from my position as CS Phone Associate/Sales


Advisor at Sutherland Global Services, Inc. effective January 22, 2025.

I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I have gained during my


tenure. However, after careful consideration, I have decided to pursue a new
opportunity that offers greater potential for career growth and aligns more
closely with my long-term aspirations.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunities and support


provided to me during my time at Sutherland. I have greatly valued my
experience here and the chance to work with such a talented team.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my remaining time


here. Thank you again for the opportunity to be a part of Transform (Sears)
