shall be payable by the customer upon whom the Invoice is raised in furtherance to this estimate.
This estimate shall be deemed to be an accepted and consented contract binding the parties if the dispute in any regard is not
raised by the party upon whom the Invoice is raised in furtherance to this estimate.
Volted Industries reserves the right to waive off or provide extra terms and conditions as mentioned in this Estimate.
Volted Industries reserves the right to forfeit the advance amount made by you in the event of non settlement of dispute between
parties.
