CHRISTMAS SPECIAL 1. There was more than enough food (spag, chicken, hotdog and mallows) for all 135 kids as well as the faculty and PTA. 2. Each kid received a gift bag containing at least 8 pcs of toys and a pack of treats from Marianne. 3. Winning participants of games received prizes/gifts as well. CHRISTMAS PARTY 1. A free venue was achieved, thus the proposed P3000 for the Christmas Party was reduced to P750 and the remaining fund was allotted to make Christmas Special bonggz. 2. Committee Potluck for Food and Auntie Lakan for program, solb solb. *** Since the proposed P9000 budget was not spent (P8482.47), the remaining P1000 need not be handed to SPEVCULCOMM. Only the exceeding P482.47 must be reimbursed. *** Marianne San Pedro shared packs of chocolates, biscuits and candies, independent of the gift bags prepared by the organization. *** Sarmiento Family did not accept any contribution for the LPG used for cooking the food.
