AN APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 151 OF CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE FOR
IMPLIMENTETION OF AD-INTERIM-INJUNCTION ORDER PASSED IN
CONNECTION OF THE SAID SUIT.
YOUR PLAINTIFF STATES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Your Plaintiff is the law abiding and Peace loving Citizen of India and
Indian National.
2. That the Ld. Court Pleased to pass an order of temporary injunction in ad-
interim from by which the Ld. Court pleased to restrain the Defendant and
their men and agent from disposing the Plaintiff and her minor Son from the
Schedule mentioned property till a particular date.
3. That Your Petitioner all ready communicated compliance notice to the
Defendant as per the direction of the Ld. Court.
4. That the Defendant’s having active knowledge of the Ld. Courts order the
Defendant Person without obeying the Ld. Courts order tried to outset Your
Plaintiff from the Schedule mentioned property where the Defendant also
appeared before the Ld. Court on the very next business date of previous
date of the said case by filing Vakalatnama and also Supportive time petition.
5. That Your Plaintiff all ready appeared before the Ld. Court with the relevant
documents of which reflects that the Defendant restrained by the ad-interim-
injunction order then also the Police Personals were not take any action to
implement the ad-interim-order of injunction.
6. That the Petition is Placed before the Ld. Court to implement the temporary
injunction order passed by the Ld. Court.
It is therefore prayed that Your honour be
pleased to pass an order to direct the O. C
Baguiati Police Station to strictly obey the Ld.
Courts ad-interim-injunction order passed in
connection of the said suit and / or pass such
order or orders as Your honour be deem fit and
proper.
And for this act of kindness Your Petitioner duty bound shall ever prey.
