PROVISIONAL ALLOTMENT ORDER (First Phase)
This is to inform that the options exercised by the candidate have been processed for allotment
of seat in Colleges/Institutions based on rank, local area, gender, category, EWS, Special
Reservation Category (CAP/PWD/SCOUTS) etc. The Convenor, APEAPCET-2025 admissions is
pleased to allot a seat to the above candidate in
KAKINADA INSTITUTE OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY (KIEK),KAKINADA
in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING (DATA SCIENCE) (CSD) under OC_GEN_AU category.
Tuition Fee fixed for the college/course is Rs. 40000 /-.
Tuition fee to be paid by the candidate at the time of admission is Rs. 40000 /-.
Instructions to Candidates
1. The candidate is instructed to download the allotment order from [Link]
2. The candidate is instructed to report by clicking on "Download of Allotment Order" under "Forms"
tab from website [Link]
3. Further, the candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of joining report and
allotment order and report to the allotted College. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment order
and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy of joining report from the College where candidate
has reported and retain the acknowledged copy with the candidate.
4. The candidate is instructed that self-reporting in portal and physical reporting at the allotted
college is compulsory to retain the present allotment. The last date for self-reporting and
reporting at the allotted college is 26.07.2025.
5. If the candidate does not report through self-reporting system and/or not physically reporting
at the allotted college, the provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy for the subsequent
phase and the provisional allotment of 1st phase of APEAPCET−2025 Admissions will automatically
stands cancelled and the candidate has no claim on the seat allotted. Further, if the candidate
reports through self-reporting and does not report physically at the college on or before
26.07.2025, the candidate's allotment/admission will be cancelled.
6. It is informed that the academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, the
candidate's allotment will be cancelled, and the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution.
7. It is instructed that the candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the
College/Institute at the time of admission. The candidate can produce original certificates only
for the purpose of verification in the College/Institute and can submit only Photostat copies in the
College/Institute.
8. Further, it is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement under
Post Metric Scholarship (RTF) Scheme shall pay the tuition fee after final phase only. In this regard,
the College managements are instructed not to collect any type of fee from the candidates till
the final phase of admissions.
9. All the Principals are requested to verify the original certificates viz; caste, study, income, EWS
and intermediate or its equivalent certificates etc, of the admitted candidates thoroughly and
requested to bring any deviation to the notice of the Convenor, APEAPCET−2025 Admissions.
10. The class work will commence from 04.08.2025 onwards.
