What is light?
Light is a form of electromagnetic
radiation that is visible to the human
eye.
Waves are good at transferring energy.
There are two types of waves.

Types of Waves
1.Longitudinal waves- are a type of
push-pull waves that can transmit
sound.
The part of the wave move along its
direction.
2. Transverse waves – are waves
vibrating at right angle to the direction
of the waves speed. This right angled
or sideways motion can be found on
instruments with stretches strings such
as the harp, guitar, and the piano. Light
