Each quarter will serve a specific purpose. To anticipate
what the next quarter will do, observe what the previous
one has done.

For example, Q1 is typically the accumulation phase. We would then


look for manipulation to occur during Q2. If manipulation is
confirmed within Q2, we can anticipate Q3 to serve as the distribution
phase. Once Q4 begins, we can expect either a continuation or a
reversal. If the draw on liquidity has not yet been fulfilled, expect
continuation. However, if the draw has already been met, a reversal
becomes likely.

What is SSMT?
SSMT is a SMT that occurs between two
consecutive quarters. (Q1-Q2, Q2-Q3, Q3-
Q4, Q4-Q1).

As Friday is not a quarter, it has its own


function, which is to return back to, or as
close to the TWO (True Week open) as
possible if we see a SSMT between
Thursday–Friday.

It must occur with the highest high or


lowest low of the previous quarter.

It must occur above the true open when


bearish & below the true open when
bullish.
Why is SSMT so important?

• SSMT tells us when price is ready


to reverse or expand.

• You should only be looking for a


trade if SSMT is present.

• SSMT confirms market profiles.

• SSMT confirms bias.


True Opens
A true open is always the opening
price of Q2 on every cycle.
When bullish you want to see a SSMT
below the true open, when bearish you
want to see a SSMT above the true open.

You must view & mark the true opens


on specific timeframes.
