Using data from the statistics file of football matches in the Premier League 2023-2024:

Perform the following requirements:


1. Statistics: use a pivot table to see which team has the most goals at home, which team has
the most away goals, which team has the most ball possession?
2. Statistics: mean, median, mode of shots/shots on target in matches (use 2 columns:
shots/shots on target)
3. Compare the ball possession percentage of Home teams and Away teams.
4. Compare the attendances between two half (10 top vs. 10 bottom) teams.
5. Use the data to answer the following question related to home advantage:
5.1 Are teams more likely to win at home?
5.2 Does a home team get higher scores than an away team?
5.3 Are the teams scoring more goals at home than those in away stadiums?

 No evidence supporting H1.

Conclusion: The teams are scoring more goals at home than those in away stadiums.
