Current State.

(sub questions)

What are you looking for when it comes to xyz specifically? Where do you want
to be?

How have you tried to get to xyz?

What do you feel has been holding you back from getting to xyz?

How long has it been like this?

Do you feel that if you keep doing things this way you’re going to see xyz result
as quickly as you want?

or do you feel like you’re going to need to make some small changes?

Why is it so important to you to take action to make that happen now? Why not
continue to do the same thing or put it off?

Desire. (sub questions)

Just curious, when we put you in the position where you have xyz - outside of
just the numbers, because those are just numbers on a screen/scale - what
does that do for you… like personally?
What will that feel like, being in that position?

How does that change things from the way they are now?

Fear. (sub questions)

That’s the success for you. Having x and y and z. The other side of this looks
like you don’t make any changes and you stay dealing with xyz problem… what
does that look like over the next 3-6 months if you don’t make changes?

Are you willing to settle for that?

Who’s responsibility ultimately is that - whether you achieve xyz or not?

(preface this question)

Are you ready to draw a line in the sand and here, today, make changes to how
you do things so that you CAN achieve xyz… Yes or no?
