Demavi was founded by Tanya Bensley, who leverages her background in
floristry, event planning and interior design to lead end-to-end wedding
curation.
Engaged couples across the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales have
fallen in love with our ability to capture their unique tastes through custom
floral arrangements. When it comes to styling and planning, our strong industry
relationships allow us to remain intimately connected with luxurious venues,
creatives and decor boutiques.
We adopt a deeply consultative approach to wedding and event floristry. This
means that although we’re taking care of the logistics, every choice is guided by
the nuanced dreams of our clients. We perfect the details of the special day in
advance so couples can focus on soaking up every exquisite memory when the
day arrives.

Congratulations on selecting one of my favourite venues, which I fondly consider my second home.
Enclosed in this document are four distinct flower and styling packages for your consideration. You
have the freedom to choose any color palette you desire; there are no limitations on colors. Should
you fancy elements from various packages, we can customise a blend, tailored to your preferences.
Alternatively, crafting a unique package from scratch is also an option.
I encourage you to peruse the details and share your thoughts with me.

PACKAGE ONE - SIMPLE ELEGANCE -

This package includes:
Small flower arrangement to go on the altar wall in the incredible Kooroomba
Chapel or a beautiful vine for the wall
20 x Eco bamboo cones filled with fresh rose petals
Bud vases with single or twin flower stems inside to go on your guest tables x
25 vases
Tea light candles in glass or gold holders x 50
Tent place cards x 50
Timber seating chart in an A2 size
Timber table numbers x 3
Bridal Bouquet
Bridesmaids’ bouquets x 2 (with the option to add more)

For additional fees, any of the above items can be increased in quantity to suit

All bouquets and buttonholes will be delivered to where the two groups are
getting ready on the morning of your wedding, this can be up to two different
locations. Then I will head to Kooroomba and complete full set up for you x

piece akin to the ones depicted on

Bouquets
This package features a medium unstructured bridal bouquet, designed in a style reminiscent of the bouquets showcased in the
inspiration photos below. Each bridesmaid will carry a bouquet in a similar style, scaled to approximately two-thirds the size of
yours.
The package includes 2 bridesmaids’ bouquets, with the option to include additional ones for $184.50 each. Similarly,
groomsmen’s buttonholes can be added for $25 each.
For the groom, a buttonhole will be crafted from a small selection of flowers matching the bride’s bouquet. Smaller buttonholes
will also be provided for the groomsmen; this package includes 2. Additional family buttonholes can be added for $19 each.
PACKAGE TWO - MODERN ROMANCE -
$4772.50
This package includes:
A modern flower arrangement to go on the altar wall in the incredible
Kooroomba Chapel
20 x Eco bamboo cones filled with biodegradable confetti in white or a mix of
white and pink
Flower explosion arrangements to go on your guest tables x 6
Clusters of three pillar candles in glass cylinder vases x 9
Printed menus on vellum with place cards attached x 50
Polycard seating chart in an A2 size
Acrylic or stone table numbers x 3
Bridal Bouquet
Bridesmaids’ bouquets x 2 (with the option to add more)

the two groups are preparing on the morning of your wedding. This can include
up to two different locations. Afterward, I will proceed to Kooroomba to

Ceremony
For your ceremony I will create a modern style
flower piece for the chapel wall from premium
roses, phalaenopsis orchids and baby’s breath
(photo on the left) .
If you wish, I can provide an additional one of
these flower arrangements and we can then place
these flowers on the vertical beams rather than
above head.
This will be an additional $692.50 and will look
like that in the photo above.
Reception
These are the items I will provide to
dress your reception space with...
Bouquets
This package includes a modern bridal bouquet designed
in the style of the inspiration photos on the right.
Each bridesmaid will carry a similar bouquet,
approximately two-thirds the size of yours.
For an additional $75, you can add a white phalaenopsis
orchid to your bridal bouquet, as shown in the photo
below.
The package includes two bridesmaids'
bouquets, but additional bouquets can be
added for $135 each. The same applies to
the groomsmen's buttonholes, which can
be included for $25 each.
For the groom, a buttonhole will be crafted from a small selection of flowers matching the
bride’s bouquet. Smaller buttonholes will also be provided for the groomsmen; this package
includes 2. Additional family buttonholes can be added for $19 each.
PACKAGE THREE - ENGLISH GARDEN -

A half circle floor flower hedge to frame the alcove in the incredible Kooroomba
Chapel
Two floor flower arrangements to sit in the entrance to the chapel behind the last
chairs in the back row.

Ceremony
For your ceremony, I'll craft a breathtaking half-circle flower hedge, gracefully
framing the alcove within the chapel. As you stand at the center during the
ceremony, it will gently wrap around you both, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
This option ensures an unobstructed view of the majestic mountains beyond. Later, it
can be seamlessly moved to your reception, serving a new purpose there.
Just beyond the chapel's entrance, two floor flower arrangements will grace the space
behind the last chairs of the aisle's back row. These arrangements will transition
smoothly to your reception, adorning the ends of two long guest tables with their
elegant presence.

Ceremony
As your guests approach the chapel, they will be greeted by a
welcome sign, as shown in the photo on the left. Your names and
wedding date will be displayed on the planter box, which will be
filled with whimsical flowers in your chosen color palette. Please
note that the sign itself is rented.
Ceremony
The altar inside the chapel will feature nine hanging festoon pendant lights that draw attention to the mountains in the
background. Each side of the alcove will be adorned with two tall pedestal arrangements of whimsical flowers in your
chosen color palette, complemented by tulle. At the base, there will be stacked brick and test tube flower
arrangements. Soft tulle will weave through these elements, providing a gentle contrast to the rugged texture of the
bricks.
Reception
These are the items I will provide to dress your reception space
with...
I am absolutely captivated by this concept and look. The flowers
from your ceremony will be relocated to your reception while
your guests enjoy canapés in the garden. They will be repurposed
similarly to the arrangement shown in the photo on the left, with
flowers placed on the floor at the ends of your tables.
Now, let's discuss the centerpieces for your reception tables.
There will be three different types of flower arrangements placed
along the center of each table...
The first is pictured
here on the left is a
white Oak Lab vase
filled with a
phalaenopsis orchid
and two other flowers

The second is a shallow
bowl with a flower frog
spike on which flowers
will sit, pictured on the
right (B)
Reception
The third is a smaller version of the ceremony brick piece with the glass test tubes
and flower stems within, pictured on the left (C)
On each long table there will be:
2 x A arrangements
3 x B arrangements
1 x C arrangement in the centre
At each place setting, there will be a printed
menu with a matching place card attached
with a silk ribbon. Napkins and plates are not
included, so Kooroomba’s standard napkins
and plates will be used.
At the entrance to your reception, there will be
a personalised freestanding seating chart with a
floral arrangement at its base.
