4) V = IR
5) R = rho × L / A
6) Resistance in Series: Rs = R1 + R2 + R3
7) Resistance in Parallel: 1/Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3
8) H = V × Q
i) H = VIt
ii) H = I^2Rt
iii) H = V^2t / R
9) P = W / t
i) P = VI
ii) P = I^2R
iii) P = V^2 / R
10) E = P × t

S.I. Units
Current (I) - Ampere (A)
Charge (Q) - Coulomb (C)
Time (t) - Second (s)
Potential Difference (V) - Volt (V)
Resistance (R) - Ohm
Resistivity (rho) - Ohm meter
Power (P) - Watt (W)
Heat/Energy/Work - Joule (J)

Measuring Devices
Ammeter - Measures current, connected in series
Milli Ammeter - Measures small current
Galvanometer - Detects small currents and their direction
Voltmeter - Measures voltage, connected in parallel
Ohm Meter - Measures resistance/resistivity

Constants and Conversions

Charge of an electron = 1.6 × 10^-19 C
1 kWh = 3.6 × 10^6 J
1 Ampere = 1000 mA
1 Kilowatt = 1000 W
1 Horse Power = 746 W

Tips and Tricks

Use triangle method to remember formulas: V over I and R (V = IR), Q over I and t (Q = It).
In series connection: current is same, voltage divides.
In parallel connection: voltage is same, current divides.
Use correct units while solving numericals.
Always check circuit connections: Ammeter in series, Voltmeter in parallel.
More resistors in series = more resistance; in parallel = less resistance.
