An activity aims to contribute on environmental, social and economic aspect of the
Barangay/Community:
Improve air and water quality.
Help combat climate change.
Promote biodiversity.
Promote environmental awareness
Reduce Disaster Risk
III. PARTICIPANTS OF THE ACTIVITY
1. Barangay Officials and SK Officials
2. Barangay Health Workers and Tanods
3. Barangay Monpon Residents
IV. BRIEF DETAILS / HIGHLIGHT OF THE ACTIVITY
Trees are main reasons for a clearer air because it absorbs pollutants and
release oxygen.
Trees also prevents soil erosion reducing the risk of those residents near rivers
and irrigation.
activities like this brings residents together and promotes community sense of
collective responsibility.
Planting trees could be linked to cultivation of fruit trees, providing income
generating opportunities for residents.
V. SUMMARY STATUS AND CONCERNS
The tree planting activity has successfully conducted achieving its goal if
environmental risk on areas near water bodies. It also provides clean air for the
community. The residents were hand-in hand in this activity.
VI. OUTCOME OF THE ACTIVITY
1.Increase social awareness, environmental, biodiversity and promotes sustainable
livelihood.

promote interaction between residents and Brgy. Officials:
Support platform for gathering and entertaining public concerns.
Residents awareness on budget expenses (Transparency)
Awareness of upcoming projects of the Barangay
Promotes Engagement from residents
Promotes good governance.

Awareness: Present future/upcoming activities and projects and how the
residents could participate.
Transparency: Present to public the expenses of the Barangay and the budget
allocation for projects.
Engagement: Allow public to raise questions and concerns and brgy. officials
response accordingly.
Fostering Collaboration: Strengthen relationship between Brgy. Officials and
Residents.
Promote good governance: By presenting facts and datas and then its
transparency, the activity aims to show good governance local level

The Brgy. Assembly Activity was successfully conducted. It achieved its goals of
promoting awareness, transparency people engagement and good governance.
Financial data were successfully presented together w/ upcoming projects and
activities.

1.Goals were attained as the activity was a success.
