JOB Description for Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer


Industry: Education & Professional Training
Department: Marketing
Salary Range: AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month
Location: Cochin, Kerala

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer


to join our Marketing team and help elevate the visual identity
of our fast-growing education and professional training brand. If
you’re passionate about creating eye-catching campaigns,
enjoy turning ideas into powerful visual stories, and thrive in a
dynamic, collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities

 Design compelling creatives for campaigns, course


promotions, social media, events, and ads.
 Develop brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and
infographics to support marketing and academic teams.
 Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to
understand requirements and translate them into
impactful designs.
 Adapt course content into visual formats and support
motion/video elements when needed.
 Manage multiple projects with high quality and fast
turnaround times.
 Coordinate with printers and external vendors to ensure
top-notch production.

What We’re Looking For

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual


Communication / related field.
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design
(experience in education/training sector is a plus).
 Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign — After Effects is a bonus).
 Strong layout, color, typography, and branding sense.
 Experience across digital & print formats.
 Creative mindset, strong communication, and impeccable
time-management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Timely delivery of design requirements


 Quality & creativity of outputs
 Branding consistency
 Performance of creatives (engagement results)
 Number of revision cycles
 Ability to manage workload effectively
