Aluminium Pigment Powder

Properties
Aluminium Pigment Powder surface is treated with inorganic materials. It has high sparkle
and brilliant metallic effects with good weather resistance properties.

Are of Applications
Industrial powder coating. They must be gently added to the powder coating resin at
recommended loading level of around 5% or less to obtain a ready-to-spray composition.
Avoid any conditions that will suspend or float the powder creating a dust cloud.
Avoid static electricity.

Aluminium Pigment Paste and Pellet For Inks

Properties
Aluminium Pigment Pellet is made with a universal carrier. Both paste and pellet series are
bright with good metallic effect. The pellets are easily dispersed in solvent. Both types
possess good adhesion properties. They have low VOC which can meet the requirements of
cigarette packaging, printing ink and food industries.

Area of Applications
Gravure, Offset and Screen printing inks.
Recommended dosage is between 10% to 30% by weight.

Mixing
Soak the paste or pellet in solvent for 1-2 hours follow by low speed mixing with resins.
